Phone Orders: Please order by stock number and description. Call Monday-Friday, (CST)10:00am - 5:30pm. Saturday hours are seasonal. Inquire.

Minimum Orders: There is a $25.00 merchandise minumum order. Minimum $8.00 shipping and handling charge. Exact shipping charges are based on package weight and destination.

Out of Country customers: We apologize, but we do not currently ship out of country. We suggest you contact a friend or business partner in the USA who can order for you. Thank you for your interest in our products. Please email us if you need further information.

Shipping: All orders are shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Buyer) Kenner, Louisiana. STOCK orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. Minimum $8.00 shipping charge. UPS Charges based on package weight and destination. We ship via U.P.S. unless otherwise specified. Air Express Delivery available. Please inquire for details.

Taxes: All items in this catalog are subject to applicable State and Parish taxes.

Claims and Returns: We will not accept returns of merchandise for any reason without prior authorization. All returned merchandise subject to re-stocking charge. If your shipment appears damaged, have delivery agent make a notation to that effect on your delivery receipt. Notify Delivery Agent at once of any damage and file a claim for damaged goods.

• Credit Card: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
• C.O.D. Shipments: Sorry, we do NOT ship COD except for authorized accounts. Bank Check or US Postal money order only. Inquire for additional restrictions.
• Open Account: Terms are extended to customers who furnish proper credit information and are approved. Request Credit Application. Allow 2-4 weeks for approval.
• School Purchase Orders: We accept school purchase orders and extend 30 day terms to approved schools. Please call us before submitting your order online if you are a school that has not order from us previously. We will help you with your order!
